My experience...people, I'm glad I can share my experience with my tailbone pain with others who have the same problem...and so many of you have it worse than me. I thank each and every one of you who have contributed to this site with great products and ideas to help all of us cope and maintain. This problem is made even bigger when people don't seem to understand or care about why you constantly stand. sit. stand. sit. or use a cushion...or complain. It does a lot to you emotionally. Doctors are a whole other story...I don't even bother going anymore because my doc will shove his fat finger in my butt even though he's done it twice before...it's like I'm going to magically have haemorrhoids or polyps after complaining about the same problem. Anyway...
My real reason for giving this message is this...I am almost pain free. I can sit through an entire movie, enjoy my popcorn, and sit comfortably with my girlfriend on my arm and not have to shift butt cheeks every 30 seconds. I took someone else's advice from this web page and started a daily habit of 2-3 capsules of glucosamine and chondroitin...I thought it would not work but I am so happy because it really has. Most of the day I am pain free!!! I only experience minimal pain at work (I work customer service and sit in front of PC all day). Please...if you've read someone else's story claiming GLUCOSAMINE AND CHONDROITIN worked and just ignored it.....PLEASE TRY IT. You have nothing to lose but tailbone pain.
