Ice packs stop the pain

Mark - mthacker@tds.net

I have had pain in my buttex/tailbone area for almost 5 years now. I can not sit for any period of time without pain. About a year ago I started using these gel/refreezable ice packs, wrap them in some type of covering (a small towel or cover sleeve) and I sit on them.

It has changed my life. I can sit without pain just like any normal person as long as the ice stays cold, it almost takes away all the pain.

I strongly suggest this to anyone who has this problem, because I have had no help from doctors at all and you can almost hide the ice packs and no one knows you're using them unless they see you put them under you before you sit. IT REALLY WORKS. TRY IT.

Let me know if it helps.

Thanks
