This may be useful to anyone suffering with troubles when going to the toilet...
Linseed-natural, organic (available from most supermarkets or health food shops) just have a small handful, whether sprinkled on cereal, toast, pasta or straight from the box . . . also, bran, again, organic, natural, and just mixed with a bit of milk with cereal.
Painkillers block you up-particularly voltarol, amytriptyline, dihydicodeine etc - try not to take these if the pain from toiletting is too much-YOU DON'T WANT PILES!! This was recommended to me by Michael Durtnall, Sayer Clinic, London...and it works!
