Cortisone injection every six months relieves the pain

Sherry - sherryml@msn.com

I have had tailbone pain for about 8 years. I cannot recall anything that would have caused this except for one fall on my back on a ice patch. I put up with it as long as I could. I did have the "adjustment" with a physical therapist. Did not really help.

Finally went to a physiatrist who has been giving me a cortisone injection about every six months. This has been relieving the pain. When I feel the pain starting to return I go back for another injection of cortisone. Working very well for me. Cross fingers.
