Unusual symptoms

I've been to 7 doctors in the last 9 months with no answers or help. Nine month ago a handicapped adult stepped on and planted my foot to the floor just as I was turning around to walk away. Since then I've experienced a burning pain across the bottom of my buttock, the rectal area, spreading also to the vaginal area. It hurts while sitting and is relieved when standing or laying down.

I've had an MRI, EMG, tons of x-rays, seen spine rehab doctor, spine surgeon (had L5 rupture 3 years ago repaired) 2 chiropractors, manipulative med. specialist and no one seems to be able to help. I feel so lost and have begun to wonder if it's something I'll just have to live with.

They thought at first it was Cauda Equina nerve problem, but I never lost bowel or bladder function. I'd be grateful for any help.
