I injured my tailbone about 2 years ago. I'm still in a lot of pain. I broke my tailbone, it's at a 90 degree angle it looks like a backwards L.
My job does not involve a lot of sitting, so that's not an issue. I am under a lot of stress. My mother passed away on New Year's day of this year. I have had surgery they cut a muscle that they thought was applying pressure on a nerve in my back. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to help relieve the pain?
