Tail bone hurts sitting down, standing, walking, laying down

I don't know how anyone can live normally with the coccyx tail bone that hurts sitting down, standing, walking, laying down without having to take pain pills and 10 mg of generic valium to relax the muscles! Was told when a therapist went into my anus that he could feel muscles and nerves pushing on the left side of my coccyx tail bone. I have had this for almost 3 years and there is no one here in Florida who knows what to do but keep me on pain pills.... which I hate as they hurt my liver (side effects to everything man made!)

I have read that it has not been taking seriously to study for women for years as they always thought it was in our heads as I have been told. When told to sit down I cried from the pain. The doctor gave me pills to stop crying.....what can one do?

I did find that buying a memory foam at Sam's does help and talking a natural powder from the heath store called "CALM" I take Cal-Mag......it helps my muscles to relax so I can sleep at night without pain!

Sincerley,

Sandy
