Has anyone mentioned oxalates as a possible cause of pain? I have changed my diet because of kidney stones and the coccydinia has almost gone completely away. Oxylates have been found to contribute to vulvar pain and fibromyalgia.
The difficult thing is that most healthy foods are high in oxylates - berries, whole wheat, spinach, beans, nuts, chocolate, and much more. It is worth having no pain and you lose weight, too. I'll know for sure in a few months. After 5 years of trying everything except surgery.
PS After telling the doctor about cutting out oxylates he said it isn't healthy to be so drastic and a moderate, balanced diet is needed to stay healthy.
