I had a painful coccyx for a while before I went to see chiropractor. Robert Griffiths (see Doctors and specialists in the UK, London) was recommended and I can see why. He put me at ease immediately and sorted the problem out with only a few sessions. He is lovely with a good sense of humour that you actually forget you're at a doctor.
