I read the posting from Brenda, it works.

I had pain for more than 2 months. I was going crazy, cannot run or swim which I do frequently. After trying Brenda's method of pushing the end of the tailbone backwards, the pain just go away. I tried it only 3 times & magically the pain just go away. But I find lying sideways easier to push the end of tailbone backwards.
