I am losing hope

I am a 41 year old female and have been suffering from coccydynia for over 2 years. No trauma. MRI and X-rays don't reveal fracture. I had cortizone shots on 3 different occasions. The first couple of times it helped with the pain for a couple months. After the 3rd one I ended up in ER with pain that felt like pins and needles. I then was referred to pain management where they did a steroid epidural. It didn't work and I ended up with a kidney infection.

The last procedure I had was radio frequency. It has been 3 1/2 weeks and I am back to my original pain after tremendous pain for 2 1/2 weeks. I am tired, frustrated, depressed, and want answers. It hurts to sit and sitting is what I have to do at my job. I have used a donut at work and in my car for 2 years. Injecting my body with steroids and taking pain killers is not what I want to do but have had to as last resorts. I don't know what is next. I am losing hope.
