Suffering in France!

I was knocked off my bicycle about 23 years ago and fell onto my coccyx. It was very painful for a long time but healed and after that I had no problems until I had my children. I have four children and after each birth have had problems with coccyx pain for a little while, but it gradually wore off.
In March I decided to begin a new fitness regime and got my bicycle out and off I went!!! After only two trips I began to get pain in my coccyx and stiffness, which I think is due to cycling, unless it is entirely coincidental!!!
I have been to see my doctor and have had a stand/sit down x-ray, and have been told the coccyx is inflamed but has no breaks and doesn't seem to be out of line. I also appear to have a pelvis where my left side is about 1 cm lower than my right, although I have been told that it can be normal to have one leg 1 cm shorter than the other. Since having my last baby, I do suffer with pain in my pelvis and groin, although this is easing slightly now, after two years! I have been given Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day, which slightly eases it, but as soon as I stop taking it, the pain comes back with a vengeance! It is really beginning to get me down, and I don't know what to do next.
I live in France in the Midi-Pyreenes and if anyone can help me or offer me any words of advice, I would be so grateful. I have read lots of success stories on this site and am so glad that I have found it as I now know that I am not the only one who is suffering.
Best wishes,
Tracey
