My name is Kamal and I was having lower back ache and I was facing some issues, like - Could not lean Backward, Pain increase during travelling in Bus, car, I was unable to sit on flat surface, Long sitting during office hours was damn painful. It's been almost a year that I was taking round to multiple Doctors and each time some or other issues were identified and but there was no relief in pain and no one could identified the actual issue, I finally gave up and considered the pain as part of my life.

One day, I was searching on internet about the back pain and found information about Dr.Rajveer Singh and thought to give a one more try (see Doctors and specialists in India). When I went for check up, He asked me to take the X-ray in 3 different posture and confirm that it is a tailbone issue and need a manual manipulation to correct the bone shape. !!!!Manual manipulation!!!!! I was not really sure if that will help or not and are there any risk involved in that since its related to spine so I didn't want to take a risk. I went to Apollo hospital and met with a Sr. Orthopedics and after seeing the X-ray Dr suggested Manual manipulation is the right approach to fix it apart from surgery which is a last option. I cleared all my doubts and decided to go for Manipulation..

I have taken 7 session so far of Manual manipulation and my feedback is that the pain has reduced to 50-60%. I have to follow the sets of exercise for another 3-4 month which can improve the posture of tailbone.

Thanks to Dr.Rajveer Singh.

Update, 2023-02-26

It has been more than 5 years since I took manual manipulation treatment and it helped me a lot to return to my normal life, I have zero back pain with exception to some postions like strictly no bycycle, No to pillion ride on bike, These two position creates a minor dull pain otherwise all good.
