Losing weight and sitting on a hard chair caused the suffering

In February 2018 I started suffering from coccyx pain automatically without any injury happening to me. There were 2 reasons- Firstly, sitting all the time in the office on the hard chair. Secondly, as I lost 10 kg weight in the gym but less toning on the tailbone or the booty part.

So for 2 months I was continuously suffering this pain hoping that it would be better itself. But slowly slowly the pain was eating me. From February till April I neglected it. But during the month of May I just couldn't handle the pain anymore.

And there it goes my journey of meeting fraud or money making doctors. I went to orthopedic, physiotherapists, did hot water sitz bath or god knows what other things hoping that it would be fine someday. But exact one month of taking treatments nothing happened not even a single relief.

Being a women I get my menstruation every month so I still remember before getting my periods as I get cramps in my stomach similarly the pain in my coccyx was getting so extreme that I would do anything to get it over even if it would take me to do surgery.

As crying simultaneously I was searching doctors for tailbone in Delhi. And then suddenly I encountered Dr. Rajveer Singh on tailbonetreatment.com and I immediately called him (see Doctors and specialists in India).

He first calmed me and asked about all the details then he told me to get the X-RAY done. As the reports came and discussion over the phone he told me that my tailbone was bent and I would be needing internal manipulation. At first I was scared & started searching about the procedure. But then Dr. Rajveer gave me confidence that everything will be fine.

After visiting him in vasant kunj he told me about the procedure & how many sittings it would take. But then I was ready to take another chance as it was getting worse.

So when the treatment started on day 1 I was very scared but Dr. Rajveer made me comfortable and taught me to do multiple coccyx exercises & in the end internal manipulation. So after 8-9 sittings my pain is 90% recovered. I can now sit on hard surface mostly. Still 10% is left but it would recover soon under Dr. Rajveer Singh.

For me he came like a saviour & I cannot thank him enough for what he did as he is the only tailbone doctor in the ENTIRE INDIA.

So if you you are suffering from such pain, which mostly lot of people are, then they should go to Dr. Rajveer Singh.

Note from Jon Miles:

I emailed more than a year after this story was posted, to ask for an update, as the long-term outcome of treatment is of great interest. In this case I did not get a reply.
