Fell on the stairs

I'm a 25 year old MBA student. On May 15, 2022 I fell one stair and landed directly on my coccyx resulting in multiple fracture. Visited an orthopedic but he suggested only coccyx pillow. I had a lot of pain but nothing seemed to improve even after 3 months. I feared by reading comments on YouTube comments that this injury never heals, decades together.
