Tailbone pain after childbirth

I was suffering from tailbone pain after my delivery, i.e. from Oct. 2021 with intense pain while getting up from the seating position. I was not able to sit even for 5 mints leaning back on the chair. I have consulted orthopedic doctor who has given pain killers and advised for the injection if the pain has not reduced.
So we started searching for tailbone doctors and came to know about Dr Mubhashira mam (see Doctors and specialists in India) and read some inspiring stories in the reviews which has given me positive hope on the treatment. We took an appointment once my baby turned 5 months.
She advised to go for few tests and MRI scan in the initial visit. It was found that my tailbone got tilted to left (angular dislocation). She started treatment with internal manipulation & exercises for 5 days. I felt lot of improvement and able to sit with cushion for long hours and without cushion for 30 mints.
After 6 months, I have consulted again to check the progress of the treatment and almost my tailbone is back to the normal position, only with very minimal tilt. She did manipulation for another 2 days and advised different exercises. I am continuing to do those exercises regularly. Hope I will be pain free soon as I am able to sit off cushion without any pain with back support (placing pillow for support on the back).

I emailed more than a year after this story was posted, to ask for an update, as the long-term outcome of treatment is of great interest. In this case I did not get a reply.
