My tailbone pain started in November-2023, I tried many orthopedic specialist, but they all gave me anti inflammatory medicine and sent me home. I saw no improvement in my pain for next 1-2 months.

I searched about Dr. Rajveer Singh (see Doctors and specialists in India) and decided to meet him in January-2024, he checked my sit/stand x-ray and confirmed I have posterior subluxation of coccyx. He gave me 6 days physiotherapy and internal manipulation. I started doing same exercises at home regularly and after 6 months my tailbone flare reduced significantly that now I can sit for longer period of time. My tailbone flare reduced 90%.

I am still doing all the exercises and stretching at home, hopefully to recover 100% soon. Thanks to Dr. Rajveer Singh for his support, knowledge sharing, exercises and manipulation techniques that gave me hope and brought me back to life.

Note from Jon Miles:

I emailed more than a year after this story was posted, to ask for an update, as the long-term outcome of treatment is of great interest. In this case I did not get a reply.
