Clitoral pain and hypersensitivity after coccyx injury

My wife suffered a coccyx injury several years ago, she has seen a pelvic floor specialist and manages the pain and discomfort, sometimes with my help with manipulations.
My wife has experienced increasing clitoral hypersensitivity since her injury. This is not pain per se, but a feeling of being over-stimulated at the clitoris during sexual activity.
We have found that there is a lot of information available regarding clitorodynia (pain), but little or no resources regarding sexual hypersensitivity in the clitoris.

There has been little change over the past year, though my wife has started HRT, with the hope of improvement.
Has anyone else had clitoral pain or hypersensitivity after coccyx injury?
