Tailbone issues are treatable, please do not despair

Hi my name is Ranjani and I stay in Bangalore. Right from October 2024 I was suffering from pain while sitting on a chair, in an auto, car etc. I tried to ignore it initially attributing to Bangalore roads and sometimes rash driving of autodrivers. Decided to take a few messages but nothing seemed to work. Then consulted an orthopaedic who diagnosed it as tailbone issues but beyond that he was of little help.

Meanwhile I was googling for a tailbone specialist and found out Dr Mubashira's name (see Doctors and specialists in India) and was happy to find out she stayed close by. I took an appointment and met her. In the first visit itself she reassured me and highlighted the need for an x-ray. Once the x-ray was available, she educated me about my issues and spelled out the corrections she would do to set it right. Step by step she approached the problem methodically.

Starting from a few basic core strengthening exercises to advising about using a tailbone cushion and doing the manipulations each step was explained and the exercises well documented. After a break of one month when I was doing the exercises at home, she called me for another review and there was great improvement and I could definitely experience the relief.

All through my treatment she was emphatic and answered all my queries patiently. She has also been helping me in other chronic pain issues as well. So much so both my sons have consulted her for their muscular issues as well.

She is experienced and strives to reduce the discomfort of the patient always.

Wishing Dr Syeda Mubashira the very best and all her patients a speedy recovery.
